Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, but due to the nature of baby products, we follow strict cancellation and return guidelines.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or hygiene-sensitive items such as:

Feeding bottles and parts (nipples, spoon feeders, fruit nibblers)

cannot be returned or exchanged.
